Normally I don't play the non-Wednesday versions of WW, but I came across this shot in the archives and ... well, I didn't feel like waiting. So I didn't.

It looks beautiful in that pose... clicked at the right moment.

Thanks for that suggestion, but I never thought from that haunting angle... the reflection of the sky and the slight ripple at the corner... it is a sort of peace for me. :)
Do visit again.

Thanks Mojo, when you mentioned Danav, I felt it may be haunting. :)
I have not seen the movie yet.

Wait, is there a beak in there somewhere? I keep staring at this and can't figure out how its head is positioned. That's OK, I'll just keep staring at it until I figure it out.

@NGIP: It's easier to see if you look at the full-size version. He's got it tucked between some feathers getting his preen on for da ladies.

This picture looks perfectly pose, like you calmly asked him to float just so. Which makes me wonder, are you a duck whisperer? heehee. This truly is a lovely shot. Thank you so much for coming by my blog, I will cherih they while the are small. Since yours are all grow, I guess you have the grand children to look forward too.

He's dusting of his feathers and getting all purdy. He must have a date!
