Mojo, you have a photo tag on my blog. Thought I had better tell you since that's part of the "rules." LOL! It's E-Z.

XO,

Sheila :-)

You have given me the encouragement to go out this weekend and take pictures of my hometown to share. We are planning on visiting Sandpoint, ID also so I may include pictures of the surrounding country.

Hi Mojo,

I had to respond to the comment you left back at It Strikes this p.m.

Though the second American I met called me a faggot (as per earlier post; 'To my American neighbour: Peace, hope and progress') those I have met in the last 40 years, including yourself, have been exceptional people. So, no apologies would ever be needed.

Concerning the political stance held by some presidents, that's a different story.

Your thoughts about Obama are similar to mine e.g. "this is a man that can take the US to a place she's never before been."

Dare to dream, I say.

Gord H.

PS re Dylan's post. The photo was one of the best silent rebukes I've ever seen. I had such a good laugh too.

Hey Mojo!

I am sorry I didn't get to stop by sooner, was in the hospital from the 8th till the 14th.

I see My Buffalo Sabres ummmm...WON over your Hurricanes. *Wink!*

Wish I could have seen the game. I didn't know they were playing that night. Darn!

How is your team doing over all?

It looks like we are going to make the playoffs.

Take Care & Hugs,
Kimmie

Hugs,
Kimmie

I wanted to thank you for the suggestion regarding my Photo Hunt "chipped post" with ice from the pond. I took another look and found another photo I should have used and cropped it in as you suggested for the one I had. You were right, the texture really came to light. It's only been in the last several months that I have started looking at the world for different things to photograph that would be good for sepia, shadow or other techniques which really help the winter days pass here near Buffalo NY. And I appreciate the encouragement too. Thanks so much.. Michelle..

And so...how was it?

(say that in your best Jewish Gramma voice, mmkay?)
