Ruby Tuesday #45: "Canopycicle"
As I'm writing this it's late February (yes, I schedule well in advance) so I can only guess what the weather's like now that you're finally reading it, but if it's a typical late June in North Carolina, this scene from last January was what we were complaining about not so very long ago. Remember? No? Well I do. And I said at the time we'd miss these days. Doesn't it look refreshing right about now?

My godness! You nailed it! That is exactly how I feel right now! it is 32 degrees Celcius in the shadow - and I almost long for winter!
Congratulation to you and the interview at Authorblog! Great reading! Quite an honour! :)
6 MONTHS in advance? Whooee!
Yep - sure could use a shot of that right about now.
Wow, you are an auto-scheduling king. Holy cow.
And yes, it looks remarkably refreshing right now.
It does look refreshing. . . and we're almost there again. :) We're 60s in day and 50s in night this week - NICE!
Woah! Pre-scheduling 4 months in advance!!
I've got the tendency to break off those icicles :P
like the sound of canopycicle!
that looks like it feel here.
How did you get this photo of my office?
And I make myself WAIT until the day in order to whet my spontaneity...only because if I don't exercise that muscle, I will become an old stick in the mud! Nice reminder of cool times.
That is positively cruel - funny, I'll admit, but cruel. It's a wonderful image. In another life you must have been a longterm planner!
Ruby red awning
dripping with icicle spears,
how long till summer?
My Ruby Tuesday
Combine this with the red slushy picture elsewhere I was just looking at and the triple digit weather here is actually feeling comfortable. Well, not really, but you get my point.
I want ICCCCCCCCCCE!
Or rain..
For a couple of hours!
Another Mojo original! got to love this one.

So your gonna kill me but I have parked at a new place will explain it later (my blog is all chopped up! SOB!) those are tears not curses LOL.

Couldn't wait to get home to AC today, Mojo! It's getting hot here! Love the RED photo! Happy Ruby Tuesday! :)
I have no reason to complain about heat and humidity - the icicles look as cool as a cucumber. Ane the dripping ice looks almost jewel like, contrasting against the red eaves. Nice!
I really like the composition of this photo. One red (the window's shade) seems to cross another red (the bricks behind).
