This is what you'd see if you approached Raleigh from the south on US 70 W at 2:00 AM on a spring morning. Drive-by photography is pretty safe at that hour since there's nothing around to really run into, but for this shot, as you can see, I was actually sitting at a stop light taking in the glamour of one of the new parking decks all lit up in the darkness.
