My World Tuesday #69: No Comment

Be a virtual tour guide on That's My World Tuesday

As you probably know by now, one of my favorite pastimes is to load up the truck with dog and camera and set off in search of interesting things to photograph. Sometimes these sorties have a specific objective, but most often we simply prowl the city looking for targets of opportunity. This was one of those nights. But if you look closely, you can see that the woman sitting inside the large picture window at El Rodeo in City Market doesn't realize that she isn't the subject of a nationwide manhunt, or the target of a mob boss who's discovered where the Witless Protection Program has stashed her. At least as far as I know neither of these things is true. But to watch her reaction to me aiming a camera out the window of the truck, you'd think I was stringing for Mike Wallace or Ed Bradley. Amusing, no?

This is my first visit to your blog and I've quite enjoyed it. You have an interesting eye through the camera. You never know the lady in the window could be someone aiming her camera at you...

A great one Mojo! You know I was down at a flea market in FL and took a snap of a stall in the market, the guy in the stall had a total hissy fit over the fact that I'd gotten him in the photo. When the people I was with passed him again a few minutes later they said he was still going on about the fact I'd taken his photo and didn't ask him first. I haven't use the photo (yet) on my blog, but perhaps I should! Might be on the FBI's most wanted list or something. ;)

Your photo is a great one, very nice.

I like this a lot. I guess raising the fork to the face is part of being nonchalant when Bradley's stringer has found you.

that's a good one. I remember taking a photo of a Chinese woman selling grilled seafood. She went on a fit and thought she'd grill me too LOL! We scuttered away hurriedly from her for safety. My world entry is here.

I think most people would be a bit unnerved by a drive-by stranger aiming a camera at them, but I do that, too (aim cameras at strangers, often just by chance). This is a very dramatic photo with striking colors!

This was a test of my ability to see the minute within the big picture. I fail. Oh, wait. Like a ghost, she appears. Weird. Okay, I feel better now that I can see her.
