For the most part I agree...Lots of good stuff here! For the most part I agreed with your preferences, the sepia (camera) shots seemed to have more depth and contrast. I'd almost be tempted to go with those and then add the warmth back in if needed in post processing, but the reality of it is that I'm lazy and often just shoot, picking out my sepia shots hours or even days later LOL.
