Monochrome Monday #5: Shadows of History

"Shadows of History"
Raleigh, NC - October 2008 (Click to embiggen)

This rather contemporary looking building is the North Carolina Museum of History. It's on the Bicentennial Mall in downtown Raleigh, just across Jones Street from the State Legislature building.

Love the vertical and diagonal play of shadow in this shot! Very interesting in monochrome!

Just the thing for a week when history is being made - whatever happens.
