Take a good look. this is probably the only way you'll ever see this hand. But if by miracle you happen to be dealt it someday, don't panic. Just jump straight to the slam and lay 'em down.
Well I've not read the 16 comments before me, but I'm sure at least one has already used the word "clever" in regards to this. I'm adding my two cents too...clever! Good job!!
Ah ... nice 'take' on the theme. I don't play the game so this didn't occur to me. I did, however, share 'bridges' at Sacred Ruminations and Happily Retired Gal this weekend. Hugs and blessings,
First of all, who'd you get to hold that fan of cards that nicely? I would have scattered them all over the room! :0) I love the mood of this shot, Mojo. It just feels right for what a hand of bridge should feel like.

So... I take it... that's a good hand?
being a child of bridge players I truly appreciate your photo hunter selection.
however...I came by to say that I loved the quote you left for Mimi over at the Palace and looked up the article.
thanks much.
Sir Mojo, I have to ``hand'' it to you.
Yes, your comment makes perfect sense and yes, you have put a huge grin on my face.
2 words... "as if" - that's all I'm gonna say!!! LoL!
You're going around puttin' grins on everyone's faces, it seems like! Good for you!
You do crack me up!!! But that's good!!!
Cool shot!
Good take on the theme. And yes, you are quite a "card". Who could resist?
:-)
Hmm even with that hand I am sure I would manage to lose... I am truly that bad a bridge!
Nice interpretation, you, Elaine and Criz have the same thing in mind :D
Happy weekend!

Bridge is a closed book to me. I leave it all to Poirot.
That's a very good "twist" on this theme!!
Aaaaa, you clever girl ;) At first I thought that the post above was your bridge-post ;)
Have a nice day :)
LOL...Great take on the theme! Even I could play a hand like that.

Now THIS photo is just THE most clever of cleverest!!!
Come on over and see my bridge photo[s]. Two photos, but one bridge.
Happy Hunting.
I'm not good at all at bridge-playing so I leave that to you. But really nice to see something diffrent - nice shot! :)
Mine is not really a bridge bridge either..
Take a look :)
And have a great weekend!
That was a cool one ;-)
On another post I saw cats playing bridge. I not sure if any of them had a winning hand. Good Photo.. good take on the theme!
Cool take on the theme.
We think alike! I did several different takes on the theme, including the card game.
clever!!!! lol Take care, Judith
I used to love to play bridge..very good Mojo....
It actually became a 'bridge' after the water split.. it's called tide.
Otherwise I havn't been able to cross over..
Nice weekend to you
I will have to take your word for this about this hand. I have never played bridge in my life.
But my oh my didn't you get a fantastic shot. I love the lighting!!
And now I must simply go see what was said at Mimi's!!
Great job as always Mojo...it's good to be back!!:-)
only you thought of this take on the theme. :) great entry for this week.
That sure looks like a great hand!
good idea!
a dream hand indeed. i love this shot, the colours, so muted, in contrast with the volume the cards themselves speak...
LOVE this, Mojo! What a great shot, and a happy one, too! I wish I could be dealt this hand!
Sheila :-)
