The eyes say everything. As much as they're thankful for a good owner. We're just as thankful for the best friend in them. My dog loves me just as much even during my dysfunctional days!!! *LOL*
I can see what you are thankful for. What a happy face.
I have a Thankful post today too: http://blog.feefifoto.com/2009/02/photo-hunters-thankful.html. Please stop by and take a look, and enter my Fame giveaway while you're visiting. Thanks.
Another great image, Mojo, and it looks like you had a great model to work with. Doesn't it make photography so much fun when you have such great subjects?

Now that is trust and love. :) Lovely photo. :)
Awwww, he's just asking to be petted with those big sweet eyes.
I know that look and I melt every time. We have rescued 5 shihtzu's. We kept 2 and found homes for the others. Dogs are the best!
Have a fun weekend. After this week I am ready for some relaxation and fun.
I don't know how much longer we can go without a dog. It will be a rescue, I expect.
We have so much to be thankful for... you can see the thankfulness in the dogs eyes... great post!
Now, that's the look of love...
Mine's up, too.

What a great capture!! Anyone who says that dogs don't smile.. just isn't paying attention. I've never seen a dog more happy.
What a gorgeous dog!
I played too :)
There's a reason why they call em "man's best friend!" - a wonderful representation of thankfulness!

I'm always amazed at the ability of a dog to smile.
Wonderful choice for our "thankful theme" this week!
i like the juxtaposition of dog / human hand. like he is inhaling or exhaling her.
I have a dog in my PhotoHunt today, too, but he's just sitting off to the side.
Oh my those eyes and that face really get you. Great work Mojo.
A little off topic here but I didn't realize that Suzanne and you were friends too.
Of course I only knew her through her blog and many, many exchanges....but, I do miss her so.
I hope you are having a great weekend!!:-)
That certainly is a thankful gaze if I ever saw one. Lovely pic.
I too have an award for you in my blog.
I just read your comment Mojo...oh me too..me too my friend.
Who wouldn't be thankful with a loyal companion? Enjoy the weekend.
This shot says just about everything you need to know about why I have a dog! (a rottie mix too)
I'm a sucker for a dog every single time. I miss mine more than I can say. Loved this! Love his scarf, too. He's definitely NOT disposable! :-)

Awwwwwwww...
Man's best friend is always almost more loyal than man himself:) That's a very trusting look he is giving.
