Yeah, they're the same tracks as yesterday. Not so very far from the station either. Only a few blocks to the north.

The amber glow is so inviting, but I guess you had to go home pronto.

As far as I'm concerned, you can hang around tracks indefinitely, because you always manage to bring home something that tugs at the heart and the mind.

I love pictures of tracks for so many reasons. There's a majesty to this mode of transport that's simply lacking elsewhere. I need to head down to some rails soon...thanks for the push!

The lights make the city warm (the lights have deceived me before) and inviting; the tracks make the going home lonely, solitary, cold. Wonderful stories in this image.

The twinkling streetlights look almost like palm trees. Beautiful glowing palm trees.

Nice one!

The color in this photo is alive; the lights give it a pulsing energy and the depth of the shadow is a great contrast.

Thanks for visiting my Ruby Tuesday, I was in a very cheeky mood when I took those photos. :)

For my WW, visit me at Passionate Fiction

It's so hard to get good night time shots and this one is perfect. I love the amber glow of the lights and the shadow that casts onto the tracks. Really lovely!

Happy WW!
