Haha! As if we would try and disturb the snakes!!

In one of the temples in southern India, there are loads and loads of non-poisonous snakes, curled up in bunches openly every where, on land, on trees, and in water. Nobody disturbs in respect to them and for religious reason. They are worshiped!! Of course, there are cows, Bulls and Peacocks roaming freely too! Hahaha!!

interesting photo. Kinda funny, too. The sign says "don't disturb the snakes," but the sign is kind of disturbing the to me!

Herpetlogists are crazy enough to go in there...heck, me too. Great shot. This would have been a Watery Wednessay submission, too.
