What the heck does that do? Regulate air? At first glance I thought parking meter and it made me think of my childhood - I had to feed a parking meter to talk on the phone. :)
Oh boy, wait, wait, wait......
It looks like a parking meter but apparently it is a medical vacuum. Interesting. Are these used to treat vacuum cleaner injuries?
