I had originally shot this building for another theme and then woudn up not using the shot. This building on the western edge of downtown must have been something at one time, but to look at it now, there's no way to know what that "something" was. I've speculated about its former life, and about the life it could have if it could be renovated. But sadly, its most likely fate will be a date with a bulldozer.
