A window in a high rise office building that actually opens. But as I was waiting for the participants to gather for the Wake County Domestic Violence Task Force's Silent March to honor Jammie Shantel Street, I spotted this open window in the county courthouse building. My understanding is that the courthouse is scheduled to be replaced, and I think it unlikely that its successor will have this open air feature.
