Great shot - I love the way the light plays on the rocks and makes the leaf seem to glow.
Nice shot, it does remind of the Canadian maple leaf.

Like the maple leaf, the symbol of the confederation. It is nice at NHL games where 'O Canada' is sung when the visitors are from the Great White North. A wonderful ruby alas on the ground...

A vibrant red leaf amongst the rather drab rocks. Although the light on the rocks does make them more interesting.
