Thematic Photographic 18: "Kids" v.2.0
This sign is outside the front door of the State Legisaltive Building in downtown Raleigh. I'm not sure if it's posted there for kids on field trips, or for the members of the General Assembly.

What, exactly, is slippery there?
I mean really though, when are they going to realize that ummm just about -everything- is slippery when wet. No shit, sherlock!
