It's said that the definition of a boat is a bottomless hole in the water that you attempt to fill in with money. I'm guessing that it took the cost of a fairly nice house just to dig these two holes in the first place.

Money pit is right!! Mr. kenju always wanted one, but luckily, that never happened. I have spent a good amount of time looking at those boats in Beaufort, and that's close enough for me.
