A quiet scene like this should be wordless. Nice choice, Mojo.

I'll bet there are LOTS of words coursing through that teeny tiny person's head as he/she makes his/her way down the beach. What an utterly peaceful, I-wanna-be-right-there moment!

I love the tiny little person out there - it gives you the true perspective of all that water. Looks like a lovely place to be. :D

The figure gives this photo a wonderful perspective. Just love it.

The solitary figure, looking so small in comparison to the ocean...

Sometimes I feel so small compared to the awesomness of God... so the title spoke to me as did the photo.

Wonderful photography!

another great shot. I love visiting your site :)

I wish that was me out there; I could use some solitude and reflection.

gorgeous, i love the coloring too, is that sepia?
Have you ever seen Hummingbird Babies?

Mojo said...

Interesting. I was thinking just this morning that this looked like a sepia-toned image.

In fact, this is full color with no balancing involved. It's almost certain that I adjusted the contrast, but the color balance is right out of the camera. You're seeing what I saw.

So peaceful and serene...I like the light on the water in contrast to the darkness in the rest of the shot.
