The title of this has nothing to do with the operational status of this security camera on top of the emergency call box in the parking lot across the street from my office. As fas as I know it works just fine. It's the colors that are out of order. The white layer should be in the middle according to heraldic rule. (Or whatever they call that set of rules that determines that.)

But they didn't ask my advice.
