Given the current temperatures here, and probably in most of the northern hemisphere, I thought a warmer scene might be welcome today. I know what you're thinking. I've got it backward, right? Well, yeah I do if you're thinking of Fiddler on the Roof, but stay with me okay? I thought it fitting to post a sunset photo to represent the year we've just closed out and a sunrise to represent the one we're just beginning. So it's not backward after all, is it?
Emerald Isle (the island), like much of the Crystal Coast actually faces South-Southeast so the shoreline runs roughly east to west. Which means that sunrise or sunset, you're going to get the sun on the ocean horizon. Cool, eh?
