Yes, this shot is oriented correctly. There was no mistaking which way the wind was blowing on this day, that's for certain. Every tree in the yard had a white stripe down one side.

I went out for a tiny bit to see my partner's mother who is 87. I took my camera but only managed a few shots in town...it was around 18 but the windchill made it feel like 10 or less. Brrrrrr.
I missed Ruby Tuesday today and I'm just too tired to get it done at this point. Always running behind...

Great shot! Snow blowing sideways is a sight I never stop being amazed by, yet when we experience it, I am not one to get out there and photograph it. Something about cold...
I do have a tree with a snow "waterfall" today, to go with your project runway mantle of white. ;)
