This could fit the theme in two different ways. The obvious way is that this part of a guitar (or other stringed instrument) is called (wait for it) the bridge. For those of you who don't know which part I'm talking about it's the shiny piece that the strings go across.
The less obvious possible bridge connection is that many songs also have a section called "the bridge", which is usually a departure from the theme of the verse(s) but doesn't sound like -- or repeat like -- the chorus.
So there you have it. Two bridges for the price of one.
