I like the fancy work on the exteriors of the upper floors of these old places. Like the architects didn't expect big to get any bigger. They keep us looking up. I'm glad you did, anyway.

Every time I've been to Boston, I've made a point of walking around the Back Bay area to drink in the feel of the neighborhood. Thanks to your photography, now all I need to do is drop in here!

No such thing as a "flat" in Boston - though that sounds quite lovely. We just call them apartments or studios - bleh. Pretty shot though - looks just like the building my dorm was in. I had an awesome bay window as a freshman. Unfair really.
