"O'er The Ramparts" Ft. Macon State Park, NC - July 2008 (Click to embiggen) Next Week's Challenge: "Pink" Update: I've been roasted! Get the gory details here!
I've always been curious, have you even drawn your flag? I mean, there are so many stars in it... must there be on an exact place or it doesn't matter as long as there are the correct amount of stars on it?

Great capture of 'your' flag!
I can hear the wind whisper in the fabric..
I love the perspective in this shot.
It adds something to this picture!
And of course, there is a peaceful sky behind -
trying to convince us that one day we all will be free.
I love this one!
Excellent capture!
Happy PH,

I love they flags give shape to the air. The ripples in this flag suggest music and a very lovely, not so still, time of day.
There's a flag near me (that I photograph often) that is a 9/11 memorial. Sometimes I stop near it when I am out for a walk and just watch the dance.
Sometimes I wonder if it's ever that way with people from other places and their flags. I hope so. There's nothing like loving home.
Nice capture-we have similar photos up.

What a beautiful shot.. at sunset? sunrise? I can see how this would inspire Francis Scott Keys. My flags are up here.
What a beautiful shot! The perspective and coloring is just perfect.
