We went to the beach every summer when I was a kid. It wasn't really vacation until you could sit on the porch one night, watch an amazing thunderstorm...hear a transformer blow and sit in the dark for a couple of hours. :)
I think you could give the weather people a run for their money...you have a bigger vocabulary.
