The dark of night seems to be impenetrable, unyielding. But the ruby profile of the performing artist breaks through, not with a loud brilliance but a subtle motion. And we see it clearly!
@Napaboaniya: Her name is Maryam, and she's originally from Lebanon. Only 23 years old and already suffered a lifetime's worth of abuse. She was one of seven women in the play "Speaking Without Tongues" that I wrote about here last week sometime. this was one of my favorite shots from that batch. The post I mentioned has a whole slideshow.
