55 Flash Fiction Friday #46: Chapter 38 - Muskarati


Some stories are the same in any language.
She felt strange, having this conversation was bringing on a sensation she vaguely recognized, but could not identify. It was pleasing enough, but somehow alien. And that strangeness made it somewhat unsettling. It was almost a full minute more before she finally realized she was smiling for the first time in far too many years.
